PRODUCTS LIST

COXINHA
(Co-sheen-yuh)
Coxinhas are the most popular Brazilian Snack. They are found in almost every luncheonette, and are great for a quick snack, a small meal, or for parties. Coxinha is portuguese for drumstick, and that is an excellent description of what it is. Except try and imagine a delicious chicken drumstick (minus the bone), wrapped in a soft potato dough, with a swirl of melted catupiry, and a crunchy bread crumb covering. Once you try one, you'll be hooked. And if you've already had one, you probably already are ordering some and didn't waste your time reading about them.
Ingredients: Water, Chicken Bouillon, Chicken, Potatoes, Margarine, Flour, Eggs, Bread Crumbs and Brazilian Seasoning.
Snack size $35 (50ct)

BRIGADEIRO
(Brig-a-day-ro)

In Portuguese a "Briga" is a fight. Once you've tried a Brigadeiro, you won't have any trouble imagining people fighting over them. Brigadeiro is often made in Brazilian kitchens as a treat, similar to your mom making chocolate chip cookies back when you were a kid. Only instead of a cookie, it's a delicious homemade chocolate. Think fudge...then think of something better...that's Brigadeiro. (Maybe your mom can bake it into a cookie?)
Ingredients: Condensed Milk, Margarine and Cocoa Powder.
$35 (50ct)

Beijinho (little kiss)
   $35 (50ct)
Ingredients: Condensed Milk, Margarine and Coconut.
